Black Tea Extract

Standard tea leaf will not release properly into cold water — you get weak, flat liquid. A cold-soluble extract delivers the tannin structure of a proper brew straight into a cold glass, carrying 15–20mg of natural caffeine per serving.
Sorbitol & Erythritol

Sugar alcohols provide the body and bulk that a high-intensity sweetener like monk fruit cannot on its own. They are listed here plainly because they are in the pack, and because a transparency page that only lists the pretty ingredients is not a transparency page.

Monk Fruit Extract

Sweetness in monk fruit comes from mogrosides, which the body does not metabolise as sugar. It is considerably cleaner on the palate than high-dose stevia, which is why it carries the iced teas.
Acidity Regulator (E330/E296)

E330 is citric acid — what makes a lemon sour. E296 is malic acid — what makes a green apple sharp. Both hold acidity steady from sachet to sachet so the tenth glass tastes like the first.
Vitamin Premix

Vitamins A, C and D3, the full B-complex, iron and zinc among 24 in total — dosed at the sachet stage so a drink that is mostly hydration still carries a complete micronutrient load.

Capsaicin and sweetness
Chilli heat suppresses perceived sweetness slightly, which is why this blend can taste fruit-forward without tipping into sugary.
Monk fruit
Mogrosides from monk fruit give clean sweetness with no glycaemic load and none of the bitterness that high-dose stevia can leave.
Acidity regulators
E330 (citric acid) and E296 (malic acid) hold the fruit acidity steady so every glass tastes the same as the last.

How to make it properly
