Bloom
Hibiscus Premix
What makes Bloom worth the shelf space.
Petals, not powder-flavour
Sun-dried hibiscus from Ooty does the colour and the tartness. Nothing synthetic is doing the work.
Zero caffeine, any hour
Drink it at 9pm without negotiating with your sleep. The tartness satisfies the same craving a cold coffee does.
One sachet, two drinks
Hot for a soft floral tea, or over ice for a sharp crimson cooler. Same sachet, different mood.
Where it comes from
Hibiscus has been brewed across India and Southeast Asia for centuries, prized for a colour you cannot fake and a tang that sits somewhere between cranberry and rose. We take sun-dried petals from the hills around Ooty and mill them fine enough to bloom instantly in water — hot or cold — so the ritual takes ten seconds instead of ten minutes.

All 4 ingredients, in descending order of weight exactly as printed on pack. Including the ordinary ones.

Hibiscus Flower Extract
floral core & colour
The deep red of a hibiscus infusion comes from anthocyanins — the same class of pigment that colours blueberries and red cabbage, and an antioxidant in its own right. Colour and benefit are literally the same molecule. Traditionally brewed across India and Southeast Asia both hot and iced.

Natural Sweetener (Stevia)
mindful sweetness
Steviol glycosides extracted from the stevia leaf, used at a low dose to top up sweetness the fruit is already providing rather than to carry the whole drink. That restraint is what keeps the aftertaste away.

Rose Petals (dried)
aromatic depth
Dried rose sits under the hibiscus, adding an aromatic layer that keeps a tart drink from reading as one-dimensional. It is what makes the Hibiscus Premix smell like a garden rather than a cordial.
Citric Acid (natural)
bright tartness balance
E330 is citric acid — what makes a lemon sour. E296 is malic acid — what makes a green apple sharp. Both hold acidity steady from sachet to sachet so the tenth glass tastes like the first.
Allergens: No known allergens. Manufactured in a facility that also processes dairy and tree nuts. Not suitable for individuals with severe allergies without medical advice.
Storage: Store cool and dry below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate the sachets. Once mixed, consume within 15 minutes. Keep out of reach of children.

Anthocyanins
The pigment that makes hibiscus that deep red is also its antioxidant — the colour and the benefit are the same molecule.
Stevia, not sugar
Sweetness comes from a leaf extract, so the drink stays sweet without the sugar load a fruit cordial would carry.
Instant bloom
Milled to a fineness that dissolves fully in cold water — no steeping, no straining, no cloudy sediment at the bottom.

About this blend
Yes — it is fully caffeine-free and the tartness scratches the same itch as an iced coffee without the afternoon crash. Serve it over ice with a squeeze of lime.
Hibiscus is a genuinely strong natural pigment. Rinse your glass soon after drinking and it lifts easily; left overnight it can leave a faint blush on unglazed ceramics.
