Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery of 1–2 business days is available in most metro cities. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat charge is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed and sent by SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also look up any order from the Account page using your order ID and email.
Serviceability
We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you within one business day with alternatives.
