Return window
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to team@ilavya.in with your order ID to start a return.
Food safety exclusion
For food-safety reasons, opened sachets and opened boxes cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send photographs of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
