What we collect
Name, delivery address, email address and phone number for fulfilling orders; payment status from our payment processor (never full card details); and anonymised analytics about how pages are used.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide support, send transactional updates, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product news. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to run the business: payment gateways, courier partners, email delivery and analytics providers, each bound to use the data solely to provide that service.
Your rights
Write to team@ilavya.in to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We respond within 30 days.
